Made with Wild Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa), this beautifully vibrant jam from Indigiearth has a distinctive sweet-tart flavour reminiscent of mixed berries and rhubarb, with a bright citric tang that makes it very easy to go back for another spoonful.
Rosella has a fascinating history in Australia. Thought to have arrived through trade with Indonesian fishermen thousands of years ago, over time the plant developed characteristics unique to Australia. Today, wild Rosella can be found growing across parts of Queensland, New South Wales, the Northern Territory and Western Australia, and has become a much-loved Australian bush food.
